LAS VEGAS - The UNLV golf team dropped three spots to seventh in the nation in the third edition of the MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings.

UNLV, which has recorded finishes of 11th (PING/Preview Invitational), third (William H. Tucker Intercollegiate) and tied for first (Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate) this season, was ranked fourth in the poll's second edition.

Individually, UNLV senior Jeremy Anderson is the highest ranked Rebel at No. 17, while fellow senior Michael Kirk is two spots back at No. 19. The only other Rebel ranked in the top 25 is sophomore Adam Scott at No. 24. Northwestern's Luke Donald remained the nation's top-ranked player.

The Rebels will conclude their fall season Nov. 5-7 at the GolfWorld Collegiate Invitational in Hilton Head, S.C.
