LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's golf team will play its penultimate regular season tournament in Maricopa, Arizona, at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic being held from Tuesday-Wednesday at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club (par 72, 7,330 yards).
THE FIELD: The Rebels will compete among a 25-team field that includes host Wyoming, Arkansas State, CSU Fullerton, CSUN, Fresno State, Grand Canyon, Iowa State, New Mexico State, Northern Colorado, San Diego, San Francisco, South Dakota State, USC, Southern Utah, St. Mary's, UC Irvine, South Florida, UT Arlington, UTEP, Utah State, Utah Valley, Weber State, Western Carolina and Wichita State.
UNLV LINEUP: Representing the Scarlet & Gray will be junior
Zach Little, senior
Trevor Lewis, senior
Wyatt Plattner, junior
Ryan Abuan and senior
Brett Sawaia. Freshman Aaron van Hauwe is set to play as an individual.
SCHEDULE: The 54-hole event includes 36 holes on Tuesday, followed by 18 holes in Wednesday's final round. The action begins both days with a 7:30 a.m. PT shotgun start.
