DURHAM, N.C. - The UNLV golf team slipped to 13th place overall following a suspended second round and shortened tournament at The Preview By Ping & Golfweek at the Duke University Golf Club on Tuesday.

Poor weather conditions led to an eight-over par team round for UNLV before play was suspended midway through the second round on Monday. When play was resumed on Tuesday morning, the Rebels continued to slide, carding a 21-over par 309 for the round.

Georgia captured the team crown at seven-over par with three players in the top 20. Individual medalist honors went to Georgia Tech's Bryce Molder, who carded a four-under par 140 over the two rounds.

Individually for UNLV, sophomore James Oh (69-75--144) finished tied for fifth overall in just his second tournament as a collegian. Oh followed his first-round 69 with a three-over par 75 to break even for the tournament.

Sophomore Calvin Kupeyan (74-78--152) slipped to 44th overall after a six-over par second round, while teammates Scott Lander (75-78--153) and Robert Sul (75-78--153) finished one stroke behind Kupeyan, tied for 51st.

The Rebels will remain idle for slightly more than two weeks before resuming the fall schedule at the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate in Birmingham, Ala., on Oct. 15-17.
