LAS VEGAS - The UNLV women's soccer team recorded its second straight shutout with a 2-0 victory over Utah State on Sunday at Peter Johann Memorial Field.

UNLV junior Annii Magliulo scored her second goal of the season in the 22nd minute off of junior Blynnda Bascones' right wing crossing pass to get things started.

Senior Rachael Buscovich's header into the back of the net during the 53rd minute off of senior Erin Egertson's bi-line cross from the right side was the finishing touch the Rebels needed.

Sophomore Jenna Huff was strong in goal again as she stopped all of Utah State's 13 shots on goal.

In the first game of the doubleheader, Drury defeated Southern Utah 1-0.

UNLV will be back in action on Wednesday, September 3 as it hosts Southern Utah at Peter Johann Memorial Field at 7:30 p.m.
