Rebels Set For Season Finale

LAS VEGAS - The UNLV men's soccer team heads to San Diego this weekend hoping to improve their MPSF record to an even 6-6. The Rebels fell 2-0 against the Aztecs in their last meeting on Sept. 22. The game begins Sunday at 2 pm in San Diego.

UNLV (6-11, 5-6) is coming off a 2-0 MPSF loss against Denver last Sunday. Rod Dyachenko leads the Rebels with five goals for the year. Goaltender Peter Clitheroe has 79 saves for the season.

The Aztecs return home after a 4-0 MPSF loss Sunday against Air Force. San Diego State (3-13-2, 3-7-1) is led by Frank Caruso with three goals and Tally Hall with 86 saves.

This match-up will be the final scheduled game as well as the last MPSF game for the Rebels this season.
