Home Sweet Home...

After three-consecutive weekends on the road UNLV is back home at the friendly confines of Eller Media Stadium. The Rebels will host their first games in nearly a month when BYU (noon, April 9)and Utah (noon, April 10) come to the on campus facility.

While on the road UNLV went 7-2 and had two cancellations in Reno. This past weekend the Rebels took three of four in the opening weekend of Mountain West Conference action. UNLV split in Albuquerque against New Mexico. The Rebels rebounded with a sweep of Colorado State in Fort Collins.

MWC Home Opening Weekend Competition...

BYU:  2005 record: 22-8.  Last 5: 5-0.BYU leads the series, 16-6.Last meeting in 2004, the Cougars won 10-4.2004 record: 34-18 overall, 11-8 (3rd MWC)In '04, UNLV & BYU played four times, each team won two contests.

Utah:  2005 record: 11-16.  Last 5: 2-3.Utah leads the series, 32-22.Last meeting in 2004, the Utes won 1-0.2004 record: 23-33 overall, 8-12 (4th MWC)In '04, UNLV & Utah played five times, UNLV won three contests.
