LAS VEGAS - UNLV cross country released its 2005 schedule and among the highlights are the UNLV Invite on Oct. 8 and the Stanford Invitational at Palo Alto, Calif., on Sept. 24.

The Rebels will run a total of six races, including five in California, before the Mountain West Conference Championships on Oct. 29 in Fort Collins, Colo. UNLV starts the season on Sept. 10 in Irvine, Calif., with the UC Irvine Invite. That begins a stretch of four-straight meets held in the Golden State.

The UNLV Invite will be run at Floyd Lamb State Park and it will begin at 8:00 a.m. (PDT).
