LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV cross country team was named in the 2025 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Academic Awards list on Thursday, appearing on the All-Academic Teams portion of the awards notice for their accolades in the fall of 2025.

The Rebels picked up their third USTFCCCA Academic Team honor under head coach Carmelita Jeter, registering a team GPA of 3.57 on a 4.0 scale in the fall semester. The Rebels' 2025 GPA bested their mark last year, posting a 3.44 team GPA for the fall 2024 semester en route to a USTFCCCA Academic team honor. The recent accolade marks the fourth-consecutive season the Scarlet & Gray have received the prestigious academic award.

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
