ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) - Wink Adams scored 16 points and Wendell White and Joe Darger had 13 each as UNLV defeated Northern Arizona 93-53 Saturday.
Ruben Boykin Jr. led the Lumberjacks with 22 points, led both teams in rebounding with eight boards.
Adams, Darger and Curtis Terry each had three 3-pointers for the Rebels, who went 12-for-27 from beyond the arc.
The Rebels led Northern Arizona 49-30 at halftime, scoring five 3-pointers on a 32-6 first-half run.
The Rebels (5-2) then went on a 15-5 run after the break.
Northern Arizona (3-4) was hurt by 17 team turnovers, and 3-for-17 3-point shooting.
UNLV leads the teams' all-time series 15-9.
