Week Twelve Release in PDF Format 
Leading Off: The UNLV Rebels head to Colorado and New Mexico to conclude the second half of their 11-day road trip. UNLV will play in Colorado Thursday and Friday before seeing action in New Mexico on Saturday and Sunday.
The Rebels will play its final non-conference regular-season game on Thursday in Greeley against Northern Colorado (5:00 pm MT) prior to jumping back into Mountain West Conference action vs. Colorado State on Friday (3:00 pm MT).
After a bus ride south to Albuquerque on Friday night, UNLV will play a two-game set against New Mexico on Saturday (7:00 pm MT) and Sunday (1:00 pm MT).
On Deck: The UNLV Rebels will come back to Las Vegas next weekend (Thursday, April 30 through Saturday, May 2) for its final three regular-season home games.
The Rebels will welcome BYU to town on Thursday night for a 5:00 pm contest at Eller Media Stadium.
UNLV will follow the BYU encounter with a two-game tilt vs. Utah on Friday (6:00 pm) and Saturday (1:00 pm).
Where They Stand: The UNLV Rebels sit 41st in the latest edition of the NFCA's Simulated Ratings Percentage Index. (FullySports.com) The RPI is a mathematical calculation used to determine a team's success, using a calculated strength of schedule and won-loss percentage.
Currently, UNLV owns a 4-12 mark against team's rated within the top 50. They defeated Georgia Tech (#24), Cal Poly (#25), Notre Dame (#38) and Long Beach State (#40).
Six of the 12 losses came to squads ranked in both of the two major Top 25 polls. Four came against teams with RPIs in the 1-10 range.
The Rebels own a 21-5 mark when it comes to playing squads in the 51 and up range.
UNLV is one of only 14 schools in the Top 41 that have played one or fewer games against teams that own RPIs of 200 or greater.
When it comes to Mountain West Conference foes, UNLV is the highest rated of the six teams. San Diego State comes in second at #45. BYU is third with a #50 showing.
