"It was a really good weekend for us," UNLV head coach Yvonne Scott said. "The team went out and competed hard, which was exciting to see. Competing well at the Mt. SAC Relays is important because not only does it our team confidence as we get closer toward crunch time of the season, but it is also a great opportunity to perform well in front of the Southern California crowd."
UNLV will return to California next weekend, traveling to the Triton Invitational in San Diego, Calif., on April 23-24.
