STANFORD, Calif. (UNLVRebels.com) - Due to inclement weather in the Bay Area, Friday's portion of the Louisville Slugger Invitational hosted by Stanford has been canceled. UNLV was scheduled to play Iowa State (1:30 pm) and Northwestern (3:45 pm), but steady rain and poor field conditions have nullified any chance of getting the games in later today.

As of now, Saturday's slate is supposed to be played as originally scheduled. The Rebels are to open action against Cal Poly (9:00 am) before playing Northwestern (11:15 am).
