TULSA, Okla. (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV sophomore Gilad Berman, feeling ill, retired from his match in Tuesday's consolation round of singles at the 2013 St. Francis ITA Men's Tennis All-American Championships at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Berman was trailing Tulsa's Alejandro Espejo, 6-2, 1-0, when he retired.

Top Rebels' player Ace Matias will open action in the event's main draw of singles on Thursday.
