LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - For only the fourth time in the 40-year history of UNLV women's basketball the team will play on New Year's Day as the Lady Rebels open Mountain West play by hosting the preseason favorite Fresno State Bulldogs on Wednesday afternoon at 12 pm in the Cox Pavilion. All-time UNLV is 2-1 when playing on January 1, and the team is also 7-7 in Mountain West openers, including wins the past two seasons.

There will be a live video feed of the game that will be featured on the Mountain West Network at UNLVRebels.com. while the UNLV radio broadcast, featuring the call from Adam Candee and Dominique Harris, is available on KSHP 1400 AM and also off a link at UNLVRebels.com.
