LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV men's tennis team is seeded sixth and opens play at the Mountain West Tournament Championship on Thursday vs. third-seeded San Diego State at approximately 2 p.m. PT.

All matches will be played at the Sierra Sport & Racquet Club in Fresno, Calif. .

The Rebels, 13-10 overall and 3-3 in the MW, are looking to win their first league tournament title since 2007. UNLV and SDSU faced each other during the regular season on Feb. 16 and the No. 75 Aztecs (11-11/3-1) eked out a 4-3 victory in Las Vegas.

After taking a day off, the winner of Thursday's match will take on the winner of second-seeded New Mexico vs. seventh-seeded Air Force in one of Saturday's semifinals. The men's final is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. PT.
