LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - A special pregame tribute in memory of legendary former Runnin' Rebel head coach and Hall of Famer Jerry Tarkanian, who passed away on Feb. 11, was held Feb. 18 before UNLV's game against Boise State.
In addition, Coach Tarkanian became just the eighth person to have the lights of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip dimmed in his honor that night.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 2 p.m. and last approximately 90 minutes. A ticket is not required for entrance to the arena for the memorial.
