The Rebels will run in the women's 5K, which is slated for a 9:30 am start at Mission Bay's Tecolote Shores North Park. The men's 8K will kick off the day's action at 8:30 am.
On the women's side, UNLV and San Diego State will be joined by Pepperdine, San Diego, USC, Cal State Bernardino, Concordia Irvine, Point Loma, Sonoma State, UC San Diego, Western New Mexico, Marymount, San Diego Christian, Soka, St. Katherine College and Glendale CC.
The Rebels will send Auzsane Crowe-Carter, Brooke Cassar, Rebecca Hobby, Spencer Moore, Iris Munguia, Nikki Regalado, Sara Williams and Angela Ziff to race in America's Finest City.
Regalado, Hobby and Moore were instrumental in UNLV's showing at the Twilight Classic in Sparks, Nev., with the trio finishing ninth through 11th, respectively.
This will be the Rebels first trip back to America's Finest City since they competed at the Invitational in 2011 and '12. San Diego's Balboa Park had played host to the race up until it relocated to Tecolote Shores North Park in 2014.
