Men's Tennis Set For Road Action

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV men's tennis team will travel to California to take on #43 Pepperdine starting with doubles at 1 p.m. This marks UNLV's only road action match until the Pacific Coast Tourney in March.

The Rebels are currently 4-1 after defeating a trio of teams in their home opener last weekend. UNLV downed New Mexico State 6-1, Weber State 4-0, and UC Riverside 6-1.

Junior Jakob Amilon, who was honored as the Mountain West player of the week, went 5-1 in combined singles and doubles.

UNLV's next home appearance will be on February 19 starting at 11:00 a.m. PT against Hawai'i.
