UNLV Game Notes | Boise State Game Notes

UNLV Out To Even Season Series With Broncos...With Saturday's road loss, the Lady Rebels find themselves in sixth place in the Mountain West standings, and with the top-five teams receiving first round byes that makes the final three games of the regular season even more important for UNLV.

It won't be an easy task however, as the first two games of that stretch include Boise State on Wednesday night in the Cox Pavilion, and a road game at Wyoming on Saturday. The first meeting between UNLV and the Broncos resulted in a 19-point loss for the Lady Rebels. However, that game was in Boise, while BSU has all of a sudden struggled in the past three games, having lost all three by double-digits.

UNLV is one of two teams in the MW to have reached double-digits in home victories, are it is 10-3 on the year, and 5-2 in league play, with the lone losses coming at the hands of No. 25 Colorado State, and to second-place Fresno State in the final minutes.

Wednesday is also the second time that the Gonzalez twins, natives of Idaho (Pocatello), will face their home state team in collegiate action. They combined for 26 points in the first meeting.
