LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV cross country program was named a 2017 NCAA Division I All-Academic Team after the squad posted a 3.08 cumulative GPA, announced the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Delving deeper academically, the Rebels achieved a 3.43 GPA for the semester and had eight of their own achieve Dean's List status: Kennedy Allen, Yamilet Biggers, Lindy Eskin, Skyler Free, Avi'Tal Perteete, Elisa Rovere, Nicole Snow and Emma Wahlenmaier. All eight had a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher, with Allen, Perteete and Wahlenmaier posting a 4.00.
