UNLV Game Notes
♦ UNLV is facing Duke for the second time in program history after last season's initial first meeting in Durham, North Carolina.
♦ This will mark the first time ever that a women's basketball team from the ACC will play in the Thomas & Mack Center. The ACC had been the only Power 5 conference to never have played a game in the historic arena.
♦ UNLV is 3-7 all-time against the ACC, with two of the three wins coming over Clemson. This will be the third straight year the Lady Rebels have played a team from the conference (Duke in 2018-19, Syracuse in 2017-18).
♦ The 2019-20 UNLV Lady Rebel squad is one of the youngest and least experienced teams in the Mountain West this season after graduating four senior starters. UNLV has 10 underclassmen on this year's squad, with seven freshmen and three sophomores, while the four-member senior class had a total of two career starts (as a Lady Rebel) entering the season.
♦ Thursday is the second of four games at home for UNLV in the month of November, with the lone road contest coming Tuesday, Nov. 19 at Southern Utah. UNLV will also play a pair of home games in the first three days of December before hitting the road for three straight.
