LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV volleyball team hits the road this week to close out the 2019 regular season for a pair of trips to Albuquerque, New Mexico and Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Rebels will begin the two-match trek Tuesday night (7:00 pm MT/6:00 pm PT) against the New Mexico Lobos and continue it Saturday afternoon (1:00 pm MT/12:00 pm PT) against the Air Force Falcons.
UNLV (17-10 overall, 13-3 Mountain West) enters the week winners of four straight and 13 of its last 14 - all of which have come against conference foes. The Rebels began their win streak two weeks ago in road contests at Boise State (3-2) and Utah State (3-1) and continued it in home bouts against UNR (3-1) and San Jose State (3-0) this past weekend at the Cox Pavilion.
Like UNLV, UNM (10-18, 5-11 MW) also faced SJSU and UNR last week and won both in four and three sets, respectively. The Lobos sat 1-11 in MW play three weeks ago, but have won four of their last five, with victories over Fresno State (3-2) and Utah State (3-1), as well as a loss to Boise State (3-0) beginning this stretch.
Air Force (8-20, 5-11 MW) will host UNM Thursday before it welcomes UNLV to the Academy. The Falcons have lost six straight, including last week's road contests at San Diego State (3-1) and Fresno State (3-0).

CONFERENCE RUNDOWN: With two matches left in Mountain West play, UNLV sits third in the conference standings with a 13-3 record. The Rebels trail the Wyoming Cowgirls, 14-2, by one match for a share of second place.
Both UNLV and Wyoming conclude the season on the road, with the Rebels facing New Mexico and Air Force, while the Cowgirls travel to play UNR and San Jose State.
The Colorado State Rams, who are ranked No. 11 in the country, clinched their third straight Mountain West regular-season title Saturday with a 3-0 triumph over the Boise State Broncos.
13 IN 14: After beginning Mountain West play with a pair of losses to its Front Range foes - Wyoming and Colorado State, UNLV has rattled off a 13-1 record in its last 14 outings to sit 13-3 in the conference standings.
The last time the Rebels have recorded such a streak came during the 2016 campaign, which saw the squad go 16-1 before it was handed a second loss.
Delving deeper, that 16-1 stretch could be extended to 17-1 if the final win of the 2015 season - 3-1 over Fresno State - was included.
NCAA ACTIVE LEADERS: To date, Hayden is the active career leader in NCAA DI in both aces (217) and aces per set (.646), and sits 52nd in kills (1,216) - just one behind Marist's Megan Fergus's 1,217.
Hayden has 26 more aces than the 191 amassed by UMES' Ivana Blazevic. She is also 12 points (.646 to .5526) better than Robert Morris' Emma Granger's aces-per-set average.
Hayden is one of only six juniors that sit 52nd or better in kills in a category led by 29 seniors, including Cincinnati's Jordan Thompson's first-place haul of 2,517.
