UNLV Game Notes
♦ Saturday sees a battle of top-five conference teams, as UNLV comes in with a 5-5 mark to stand fifth while the Fresno State Bulldogs are alone in third at 7-3.
♦ UNLV is looking to claim a win in the Save Mart Center for the second straight season after taking down the Bulldogs 73-58 a year ago, as the teams both won on the other's home court. This will be the only meeting between UNLV and Fresno State in the regular season.
♦ The Lady Rebels lead the all-time series 18-17 against the Bulldogs. This will be just the second game played in the Save Mart Center in the past seven meetings, thanks to the two teams meeting up in the Mountain West Tournament in back-to-back seasons (2017, 2018).
♦ Following Saturday's game, the Lady Rebels will have just three road games left in the regular season, along with four games on their home court in the Cox Pavilion.
♦ This will be a homecoming for junior forward Rodjanae Wade, a Fresno native who played at Edison High. She's the second Lady Rebel from Edison HS to play for the Lady Rebels, joining Latoya Hunt (2007-10).
♦ The Bulldogs are 3-2 at home in league play with losses to Wyoming and Boise State.
♦ UNLV is 6-4 when holding teams under 60 points this season, and 1-10 when giving up over 60 points a game.
