LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team closed out its non-conference schedule on a windy Wednesday at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
The Rebels downed Montana 4-2 to improve to 11-4 overall and 10-1 in Las Vegas while the Griz of the Big Sky Conference fell to 6-9.
For the second straight match, the visitors opened up a 1-0 lead by taking the doubles point but the hosts rallied in singles play, taking four straight-setters to clinch it.

Richard Solberg to get UNLV's only doubles win, 7-5, on court three, and then swept Oisin Shaffrey in singles, 7-6, 6-4, on the fifth court.

Clayton Alenik won his match 6-2, 6-3 to improve to 11-0 on the season in duals while rookie
Tom Ciszewski won 6-1, 6-3 on court six to up his dual mark to 10-1.
