LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV's En-Pei Huang has been named Mountain West Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the fourth time in her career, the league announced Wednesday.
 
The native of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, did not lose a set in compiling a 3-0 record in singles and doubles last weekend to help the Rebels to a pair of Mountain West victories in San Diego.
 
In her team's 4-0 win over Air Force she downed Alex Kuo 6-1, 6-0. On Sunday, as part of a 4-1 victory over New Mexico, she teamed with Izumi Asano for a 6-4 win on court one in doubles and then swept Natasha Munday, 6-3, 6-4, at the No. 2 spot in singles.
 
This marks back-to-back honors for the Rebels as Asano took home the award last week. Huang also won the award last February and twice in spring 2019.
 
The Rebels next head to Colorado for a pair of matches, starting Saturday vs. Wyoming.
