LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's tennis team opened by winning doubles play but saw visiting Colorado State rally in singles for a 4-2 victory on a hot Saturday afternoon at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
 
The Rebels dropped to 13-4 overall and 3-2 in the Mountain West while the Rams improved to 10-6 and 4-1.
 
The hosts took both completed doubles matches to grab a 1-0 lead but the visitors won both three-set matches in singles to help earn the needed four points. The only Rebel to record a singles win was Salsa Aher on court five, 6-0, 6-3 over Sarah Weekley.
