Rebels Continue Outdoor Campaign In Lone Star State

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV track & field program will continue its 2023 outdoor campaign with a trip to the Lone Star State for the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. The four-day meet will take place Wednesday through Saturday, April 1, and will be contested at the Mike A. Myers Stadium and Soccer Field on the campus of University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

The Rebels will kick things off Thursday afternoon with the women's 400m hurdles prelims event set for 2:30 p.m. (PT). The Scarlet & Gray will be competing against 13 top-25 universities, including No. 1 LSU, No. 8 Ole Miss and No. 9 Auburn, as well as Mountain West foes New Mexico and Utah State.

LAST TIME OUT: UNLV recorded 13 personal bests at the Aztec Invitational last weekend, including sophomore Rosa Santana setting the women's shot put outdoor program record with a mark of 17.24m.
