LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – For the eighth straight year, the UNLV women's golf team will open up the fall season in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at UNM's Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. The tournament is being held at the UNM Championship Course (Par 72, 6,354 yards) Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 11-12.

This year's opening tournament lineup includes Rebel returners in sophomore Thienna Huynh and junior McKenzi Hall. They are joined by the Scarlet & Gray sister duo of graduate transfers Maria Fernanda (Oklahoma) and Maria Jose Martinez (Houston) and junior transfer Mayumi Umezu (Hawai'i).

THE FIELD: Along with UNLV and the host UNM Lobos, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Denver, Iowa State, Kansas, Kent State, Northwestern, Ohio State, Pepperdine, San Diego State, SMU and Texas State are slated to compete. Additionally, Texas will have individuals competing at the event.

UNLV LINEUP: Huynh, Hall, Maria Fernanda Martinez, Maria Jose Martinez, and Umezu will play first through fifth, respectively. Senior Gracie Olkowski will be playing as an individual.
