Caden Fioroni and sophomore
Zach Little earned 2025 Mountain West All-Conference honors, the league office announced Thursday afternoon. This is Fioroni's fourth career All-MW nod, while Little makes his debut as an All-MW honoree.
A San Diego native, Fioroni leads the Rebels in scoring average (70.57) and top-10 finishes with five to rank top 3 in the league in both on the year. The 16th ranked player in the PGA Tour University standings picked up his first career collegiate victory at the Rebels' own Southern Highlands Collegiate and collected a second-place finish at San Jose State's Western Intercollegiate. Additionally, Fioroni tallied a season-low 11-under (205) in 54 holes at SMU's Trinity Forest Invitational and has shot a season-low round of 5-under 67 on four occasions.
Hailing from Croxley Green, England, Little sits second among all Rebels in scoring average (70.96) and top-10 finishes with four to also place himself in the MW's top-6 players in each category. In his first year at UNLV, he claimed his first career collegiate win at Hawai'i's John A. Burns Intercollegiate and recently finished third at the Mountain West Championship. His best performances on the year include 54-hole scores of 11-under at the Burns Intercollegiate (par-70 course) and SMU's event (par-72 course) to go along with a single-round 8-under 64 twice.
Together, the duo has guided the Scarlet & Gray to eight top-6 team performances during the 2024-25 campaign, including victories at the Trinity Forest Invitational and the Burns Intercollegiate.
UP NEXT: UNLV will return to action in the postseason as the No. 6 seed at the NCAA Urbana Regional being hosted by Illinois from May 12-14.
