LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV Lady Rebels will close out the week hosting Grand Canyon on Saturday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. This is the second meeting between the two programs this season.
ABOUT GRAND CANYON: UNLV is 2-1 all-time against Grand Canyon. The Lady Rebels and Lopes opened up Mountain West play on Dec. 17, 2025 in Phoenix on CBSSN, and UNLV came away with a 61-60 win. The Lopes had this week's midweek bye and head into Saturday's game with a 9-15 overall record and an 8-6 MW record. GCU is coming off a 64-65 loss to Air Force. The Lopes are led by Chloe Mann and Julianna Lamendola. Mann currently averages 13.1 points per game, while Lamendola averages 11.0 points per game and leads the Lopes in rebounds with 6.4 boards per game.

LAST TIME ON THE COURT: The UNLV Lady Rebels fell 82-72 against Wyoming on Wednesday evening at The Pavilion.
Meadow Roland led UNLV (16-8, 11-3 MW) with her ninth double-double of the season which included a career-high 30 points and 12 rebounds.
Jasmyn Lott had 14 points, while
Shelbee Brown collected 10 points, respectively.
SQUAD LEADERS: Meadow Roland leads the Scarlet & Gray in points per game, averaging 13.9 and in made field goals with 5.3 per game; Roland is the second-leading rebounder bringing down 9.1 boards per game.
Jasmyn Lott is second on the team with 13.0 points per game.
Aaliyah Alexander leads the Lady Rebels in assists per game with 3.5. Alexander is fourth on the squad with 10.2 points per game.
Shelbee Brown leads the squad in rebounds with 9.9 per game and is third in points per game with 11.1.
NON-CONFERENCE WRAP: The Lady Rebels wrapped up non-conference play with a 5-5 overall record. UNLV's wins came against Washington State, DePaul, Creighton in the rematch of the 2023 NCAA First round, Northern Iowa and UTSA.
4X MOUNTAIN WEST REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS: The Lady Rebels continued to rise last season becoming the first Mountain West team since 2017 to collect four straight regular season titles. UNLV made a trip to the Women's Basketball Invitational Tournament (WBIT) and collected the first postseason victory in over two decades. The Scarlet & Gray claimed the league's Coach of the Year in
Lindy La Rocque and Freshman and Sixth Player of the Year for the second straight year with
Meadow Roland.
