Box Score

RIVERSIDE, Calif (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's soccer (1-3) team created chances but ultimately never found an equalizer in its 1-0 loss to California Baptist (2-0-1) Sunday night at CBU Soccer Stadium.

Battling a deficit after CBU's eighth-minute goal, the Rebels saw their three shots on goal by sophomore Ana De Los Santos, redshirt freshman Dagny Marion and freshman Audrina Hernandez turned away by stingy Lancer backline and goalkeeping play.

UP NEXT: Continuing its four-match road swing, the Scarlet & Gray will travel to Idaho State for a 6 p.m. PT contest.

NOTES:

For the fourth straight match, the Rebels recorded at least six total shots.
Another goal opportunity that didn't qualify as a shot on goal, De Los Santos' strong 37th-minute attempt ended up ricocheting off the left goal post.
UNLV has been a part of one-score decisions in all four of its matches this season.
