Emily Reynolds

Emily Reynolds enters her second season with UNLV women's soccer after joining the staff as an assistant coach in July of 2021. 

Reynolds came to the Scarlet & Gray from Azusa Pacific, where she served as assistant coach for four seasons for her alma mater. She was involved in all aspects of the team, including planning training sessions, player developments, managing recruiting and alumni engagements.

Prior to moving to the collegiate coaching ranks, Reynolds was also an assistant coach at South Hills High in West Covina, California for two seasons for the Division II League champions. Additionally, she spent one year as the Girls Youth Head Coach for Legends FC in Glendora, California.

A four-year player for Azusa Pacific, Reynolds was the team captain her final two seasons. She helped the team to two conference regular season and two conference tournament titles, three NAIA National Tournament semifinals appearances, and second place in the NCAA DII PacWest Conference her senior season in 2012, a season in which she ranked second on the team in goals scored on the way to earning second team All-PacWest accolades. She was also a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete, Academic All-Conference and NAIA Champion of Character Award recipient.

She received her bachelor of arts degree in communications studies in May of 2013, and a masters of arts in pastoral studies from Azusa Pacific in December of 2019.
