The Aggies, on the other hand, fell to 8-11 on the year and 3-5 in Conference bouts.

"We seem to like to play five sets on the road," stated head coach Cindy Fredrick. "We definitely are getting every team's best effort. We actually hit and defended well, but we needed more consistency and less unforced errors. I'm very happy with this team's effort and no-quit attitude."

Besides the kills, Hammel registered 10 digs for the double-double feat, aced two serves and had a hand in five total blocks (one solo).
