LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV won all four main draw titles for the first time Sunday to wrap up its fall tourney season in style at the annual Larry Easley Memorial Classic at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
 
Players from six other western programs competed in the individual event with competitors from UCLA, SMU, Gonzaga, Cal Poly, San Diego State and Loyola Marymount.
 
UNLV's top-seeded Alex Kobelt, ranked 113th in the nation, eased to the Flight One singles championship with a 6-4, 6-1, win over second second-seeded Antoine Noel of Cal Poly.
 
The second and third flights both featured an all-Rebel final. Anton Ornberg downed Clayton Alenik, 6-2, 1-2 retired, and Jackson Atherton rallied past Zach Garner, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3.
 
Kobelt also won in doubles as he and partner Jordan Sauer, seeded second, upset top-seeded Connor Rapp and Max Wild of UCLA, 8-4.
 
"What a great way to finish with a sweep of doubles and every singles flight," said head coach Owen Hambrook. "The hard work on and off the court showed this weekend and everyone is excited for the spring season." 
 
The UNLV men will now be off until they open dual-match play by hosting New Mexico State January 31.
