LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV men's soccer has placed three players on the Academic All-WAC team, as the 2019 fall sports teams were announced by the league office on Friday. 

Senior midfielder Timo Mehlich (Monchengladbach, Germany) made it a personal clean sweep, as he received academic all-conference recognition for the fourth straight year. Earning Academic All-WAC honors for the second time in their career was sophomore Jake Mecham (Las Vegas), while senior Connor Ryan (Las Vegas) picked up his first career academic honor 

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
