LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV Men's Golf sophomore Caden Fioroni was named to the PING All-West Region team, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced over the weekend. Fioroni was one of 25 honorees from the West Region. Players across six regions earned all-region honors in 2022.

Fioroni had an outstanding first year for the Rebels as the Pepperdine transfer led the team with a 71.22 scoring average, which ranks 10th all-time in a single season. He sank 145 birdies and tallied 24 rounds at par or better, both team-bests as well. The San Diego, California collected three top-10 finishes, earned Mountain West All-Conference honors and qualified for NCAA Regionals as the No. 1 seeded individual at the Stockton Regional. This is his first career all-region honor.
