The Rebel senior is scheduled to play in the local professional event at TPC Summerlin starting October 17

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV men's golf senior Caden Fioroni has received a sponsor exemption into the PGA Tour's Shriners Children's Open, which is scheduled for October 17-20 at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas.

"We're thrilled and thankful for this opportunity. The Shriners Children's Open has been supportive of local professionals and UNLV golf," said UNLV head coach Jean-Paul Hebert. "Caden has continued to prove himself at the collegiate level, and now he has a chance to compete against some of the best in the world right here in Las Vegas."

Originally from La Jolla, California, Fioroni has posted two top-10 finishes through the first three events of the 2024-25 season. At the event, Fioroni will be among a field that features six professionals that have come from the Rebel program, including Harry Hall, Garrick Higgo, Charley Hoffman, Kurt Kitayama, Taylor Montgomery and Ryan Moore.
