LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's golf team starts its spring tournament slate in Westlake Village, California, at the Southwestern Invitational being hosted by Pepperdine from Monday-Wednesday, Jan. 26-28 at North Ranch Country Club (par 70, 6,753 yards)
THE FIELD: The Rebels will compete in a 13-team field that features five teams ranked in the top 25 nationally, including the host No. 15 Waves, No. 17 New Mexico, No. 19 Utah, No. 21 UCLA and No. 24 USC. Also playing at the event are Colorado State, LMU, San Diego, San Diego State, San Jose State, SMU and Washington.
UNLV LINEUP: Representing the Scarlet & Gray will be junior
Ryan Abuan, senior
Wyatt Plattner, senior
Trevor Lewis, junior
Zach Little and junior
Mason Snyder. Competing as an individual will be senior
Brett Sawaia.
SCHEDULE: Monday's and Tuesday's rounds begin with an 8:30 a.m. PT tee time. The final round on Wednesday is set for an 8 a.m. PT start.
