WACO, TX - The UNLV Volleyball season came to an end at the Baylor Thanksgiving Classic with a 3-1 (15-8, 13-15, 15-10, 15-9) loss to Connecticut. The loss drops the Rebels to 8-21 on the season.

Patricia Assuncao led the team with 13 kills and 12 digs. Leiana Oswald and Amber Graham also finished with double-doubles. Oswald finished with ten kills and ten digs, while Graham added eleven kills and ten digs.

Maria Julia Goes finished with 38 assists and seven digs.

Graham, Blair Wilkes and freshman Michelle Johnson each knocked down four blocks.

Ana Ramos finished her career as a Rebel with 12 digs, while fellow senior Robyn Shea added five assists and two digs.

UCONN was led by Stephanie Schindel, who finished with 19 kills and 24 digs.
