WHAT'S ON THE DOCKET
UNLV will close out the regular season with a four-match homestand beginning with Wyoming on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m. PT.
LAST TIME OUT
UNLV went 1-1 at home where they swept Boise State before falling to Utah State in three sets. The Rebels, who fell to BSU in Boise in the previous week, tamed the Broncos by outing them .282 to .122 with assistance from four more kills (41-37) and nine fewer errors (12-23) despite attempting 12 fewer swings (103-115). Jaida Harris led the offense with 12 kills on a match-high .480 clip with no errors in 25 total attempts along with six digs, two service aces and one solo block. Freshman setter Kaia Thiele collected her fifth double-double of the season with a team-high 16 assists as well as 11 digs. Junior Libero Caleigh King added 11 digs of her own. UNLV notched 11 more blocks in the match (20.0-9.0), which ties a season high for blocks in a three-set match. Rheanna Deen-Jackson, Basia Latos and Brooklynn Williams all tallied five blocks apiece, with Deen-Jackson collecting four block assists and one solo block, while the duo of Latos and Williams both posted five block assists. Against the Aggies, USU outhit UNLV .390 to .255 with help from 11 more kills (49-38) and three fewer errors (10-13), but the Rebels posted two fewer attack attempts (98-100). Thiele collected a team-best 15 assists, white fellow setter Agata Makowska posted 12 assists of her own. Harris led the offense with 11 kills with a .286 hitting percentage with two digs, one service ace and one block assist. King earned herself 12 digs and became one of 10 Rebels all-time to collect 900 or more digs as she sits at 902 career digs.

SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
>New Mexico: The Lobos are 2-10 in MW action as they got back in the win column with a sweep of UNR followed by a three-set loss to Air Force. Against the Wolf Pack, Lauryn Payne (13 kills) and Addison France (10 kills) paced the Lobo attack. Gioia Riccato (9 kills) and Reagan Miller (7 kills) both came up big down the stretch to round out a 43-kill team effort. UNM out-dug the Wolf Pack 42-30 and outblocked them 9-4 while converting on 68% of sideouts. Nevada's .126 hitting average is the Lobos' lowest opponent average in conference play this season. Against the Falcons, UNM got six service aces from five different players but were aced themselves 11 times, matching Air Force with eight team blocks but hitting .118 on the match to the Falcons' .234 clip. France leads the team with 230 kills, while Miller tops the charts at 8.66 assists per set (762 total). On defense, Bre Mitchell (380 digs, 4.32/set) and Layla Smith (57 blocks) lead the Lobos in their respective categories.
>Grand Canyon: GCU are winners of four straight matches having recently defeated Air Force in four sets and UNR in three sets. Against the Falcons, Bella Nunez compiled 23 assists, one shy of her season high, and tallied 1 kills on .304 hitting with four digs and three blocks. Anaelena Ramirez put down a team-best 13 kills on .270 hitting, including the match-clinching kill off a Nunez set. Aubrey Bellus put down eight block assists in the match, GCU recorded nine total blocks over the final three sets. Against the Wolf Pack, GCU held UNR to .016 hitting, the Lopes' second-lowest opponent clip of the season and the Wolf Pack's lowest hitting percentage in two years. The Lopes defense asserted itself in the first set with 10 digs from junior libero Bella Anderson and five team blocks. Ramirez leads the team with 281 kills (3.27 kills/set), while Taylor Kubacak tops the charts at 5.12 assists per set (435 total). Bella Anderson (290 digs, 3.45/set) and Aubrey Goodere (65 blocks, 0.98 blocks per set) lead the Lopes in their respective categories.
2025 SCHEDULE
The UNLV volleyball program will play a total of 28 regular-season matches during the 2025 campaign, with 14 of those taking place inside the friendly confines of the Cox Pavilion. The fall slate, the third under head coach Malia Shoji, will feature 18 contests against Mountain West foes as well as 10 more versus nonconference competition.
